Occupational risk prevention
The Andrés de Ribera Foundation, a local public institution responsible for managing the Atalaya Museums, maintains an active Self-Protection Plan and informs all users of the required Business Activity Coordination (B.A.C.) procedures to be followed for each event, meeting, or gathering held at its facilities.
In compliance with Article 24 of the Occupational Risk Prevention Act (Ley de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales) and Royal Decree 171/2004, which develops the aforementioned legislation, the Foundation—as the site operator—requires that all organizations making use of its spaces for meetings, celebrations, or events complete and sign the following documents, as part of its Prevention and Self-Protection Plan (available as a downloadable PDF in the relevant section):
-
Communication Directory and Official Appointment Records – Self-Protection Plan
-
Emergency Procedures Brochure – Fundación Andrés de Ribera / Worksite
-
Annex VIII – Self-Protection Plan Record for Private Events or External Organizations
-
Risk Information Document
-
Self-Protection Plan – Fundación Andrés de Ribera
-
Certification of Plan Review
-
Contact Information Form – Coordination with suppliers/subcontractors involved in the event
-
Coordination Record – Manual of preventive procedures, health and safety information prior to the commencement of work
The event organizer or user of the facilities must review the content of these documents and appoint an on-site coordination representative for the duration of the event. Ideally, this person should remain on-site for the majority of the event’s duration.
In accordance with internal procedures, the security guard assigned by our approved provider shall act as a backup coordinator, as specified in the Communication Directory.
